farq.uz is a price comparison service for products on Uzbek marketplaces. We take your data seriously and collect only what is needed for the product to work.

What data we collect

Account: phone number (for OTP sign-in), profile name. Usage: products saved to favorites, target prices, notification history. Technical data: device model, OS version, interface language, IP address for abuse protection.

How we use the data

To send push notifications about price drops, sync your lists across devices and improve how well we match products across marketplaces. We do not share personal data with third parties and do not sell it.

Where the data is stored

Servers are located in Europe and the Tashkent zone. Backups are encrypted. Access is limited to IOTA LLC staff bound by a non-disclosure obligation.

Cookies

The site and mobile app use Google Analytics/Firebase Analytics and PostHog to understand how the service performs: we measure registrations, marketplace redirects, insurance quote completion and purchases; campaign identifiers (gclid and UTM tags) are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics is on by default and runs on de-identified data — we do not use it for advertising profiling and we do not sell it. You can opt out through your browser settings (blocking cookies, Do Not Track) or a content blocker. Analytics and advertising-measurement data is processed by Google under its data terms.

Account deletion

In the mobile app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Data is erased within 7 days. On request: [email protected] — we reply within 14 days.
