Deposit calculator: what your money earns at each bank

Enter an amount and a term — we compute the payout for every deposit and put the banks side by side instead of one at a time. Computed from the rate in the bank's tariff document, under that bank's own interest rule.

FAQ

Why is a high-rate deposit under "not available at this amount"?
The bank only opens that deposit from a certain sum — the threshold is shown on the same row. We put such offers in their own group rather than dropping them: otherwise there is no way to tell why the advertised rate is missing from your list.
What does "no compounding" mean?
Interest is not added to the principal and earns nothing itself — the bank pays it out separately. For such a deposit the payout is simple interest. Where a bank does compound, the row says how often, and the figure already accounts for it.
Is this exactly what I will receive?
This is computed from the rate in the bank's tariff document as of the date shown on the row. It does not account for taxes, fees, or interest lost on early withdrawal — the bank sets those itself. Confirm the final figures with the bank.
What does the "top-ups" switch do?
It narrows the comparison to deposits the bank's documents say can be topped up. We do not model the size or schedule of top-ups: banks publish those terms in different ways, and computing on them would mean inventing terms on the bank's behalf.
